So how does it all work?

Out of warranty? Have a liquid spill or other physical damage?
No problem. We take a minimum diagnostic fee to research your issues and contact you with our results. The time to receive the diagnosis will depend on the line-up at your time of book-in, and we will advise on this time-estimate with you.
After diagnosis, if you decide to proceed with the repair, we will apply the fee collected to the repair! It’s that simple.
